The Junior Gower Bike Ride is open to all riders aged 14 and below. Anyone of any age can feel the benefits of cycling and we want to encourage an early start.
When entering the Junior Ride you can expect all the same service that you get on the road route. The route is entirely off the highway and concentrates on the cycle track. The total distance is 8 miles. The wearing of a cycle helmet is compulsory.
The cost of the ride is £10 for the whole family. You must be accompanied by your Mum or Dad.
Part of your entry goes to the The Evening Post And Wales online nominated charities. This year they are 2 Wish Upon a Star and Mind Cymru.
There is no requirement to raise sponsorship but if you wish to do so, for these or any other charities, please let us know. We may be able to provide some additional publicity to help you collect money. Last time we were able to support a wide range of local charities.
Once you have entered you will receive an email in the week before the Ride telling you how and when to collect your number.
Any COVID related changes will be advised in good time.
Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday 21 July.
